Our fleet of highly efficient modern press brake machines have a bending capacity up to 4.2m folding length and 220 tonne capability which perfectly complements our laser cutting suite providing a one stop shop for metal profiling.

The dedicated press brake zone in our 33,000 sq.ft. facility enables us to provide precision metal forming capabilities to the highest standard in thicknesses which range from thin sheet to plate. The full CNC eight axis control allows total flexibility whilst also ensures speed of both setup and manufacture, ensuring our commitment to quick turnaround and high quality is maintained.

Using profiles produced by our laser cutting machines, we can work with a range of materials including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper and brass. We stock large quantities of stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel which allows us to provide rapid lead times and competitive quotations. See our Laser cutting capabilities.

Press Brake technology, also known as CNC bending is the process of bending or forming of sheet metal in which the material is clamped into position in a v-shaped die and pressed into by a punch. Our highly trained Press Brakes engineers are well versed in precisely meeting customer requirements regardless of size or complexity.
