Our continued investment in advanced fibre laser technology enables us to cut a wide array of materials right here in the North West. Our 4m x 2m 12kw Trumpf Fibre Laser is one of the very fastest laser cutting machines in the UK, enabling us to provide extremely competitive rates for all our customers.

We can laser cut the following materials:

Stainless Steel: Up to 40mm thick

Mild Steel and Aluminium: Up to 25mm thick

Brass and Copper: Up to 10mm thick

For projects requiring parts of greater sizes & thicknesses, our group's capabilities also extend to waterjet cutting and plasma cutting. These technologies enables us to cut larger profiles of up to an impressive 7.2m x2.3m x 200mm thick for waterjet cutting and 10m x 2.5m x 50mm for plasma cutting.

Thanks to recent investments in fibre tube laser cutting technology, we can now also provide tubular parts of up to 8.5m in length, 240mm diameter and 12mm wall thickness.
