5750 Components is pleased to announce a significant new investment in a brand-new TRUMPF TruBend 5 Series press brake, featuring a 4.4 metre working length and an impressive 320 tonne capacity.

The TruBend Series 5000 is TRUMPF’s most successful bending machine worldwide, renowned for its ability to produce even the most complex components quickly and accurately. From programming through to setup and final bending, every stage of the process is designed to maximise productivity while maintaining exceptional quality. Short setup times and intelligent automation ensure consistent results, even on demanding or repeat jobs.

Innovative features such as lower tool displacement allow for special folding applications to be completed productively, expanding the range of parts we can manufacture in house. The advanced 6 axis backgauge provides complete production freedom, enabling complex bends and tight tolerances to be achieved with confidence. Combined with automatic angle measuring systems, accuracy is assured from the very first part, reducing waste and rework.
